Why is there a layer of foam on the top of Accurai Honey?The foam on top of Accurai Honey is completely natural and a sign of high-quality, unprocessed honey. It forms during the bottling process when air bubbles get trapped in the honey, bringing tiny pollen particles and beneficial enzymes to the surface. This is a common characteristic of raw honey and does not affect its taste or quality. It is actually a good indicator that your honey is unprocessed!

Why is Accurai Honey white instead of the usual brown?The light color of Accurai Honey is due to the nectar source—Psoralea Drupacea—which produces naturally pale, creamy honey. Unlike darker varieties, our honey has a smooth, buttery texture and a delicate floral taste. The color of raw honey can vary depending on the flowers the bees collect nectar from, and lighter honey is often prized for its mild, refined flavor.

Can Accurai Honey crystallize?Yes, Accurai Honey can crystallize. Crystallization does not affect the quality, taste, or nutritional value of the honey. Crystallization is a completely natural process that happens to raw, unprocessed honey over time. If your honey crystallizes and you prefer a liquid texture, simply place the jar in a warm water bath (below 40°C / 104°F), and stir gently until it returns to its smooth consistency. Avoid using a microwave or direct high heat, as it can destroy the beneficial enzymes in the honey.
